Our travel planning fee includes matching our clients with the perfect itinerary through extensive research of destinations, flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and insurance as well as staying abreast of the rules, policies, and booking regulations for each segment of the trip.

Connection and Discovery

Let's talk! Click the "schedule consultation" button above to pick your day and time. During this initial call, we will explore your travel dreams, desires, and expectations. We want to know your vision for your experience and will share our service structure. This discussion will help us determine if we are a good fit to work together. If we are, and you want to hire us, we'll move on to step two.

Planning

After the initial consultation, we send you a detailed overview of our conversation, our client agreement form, and the professional planning fee invoice. Once the paperwork is returned and processed, we work with our travel partners to create personalized itinerary choices for your dream vacation.

Booking/Anticipation

After we send you the itinerary choices, we'll talk again to determine which one best fits your wishes; then, we'll take it from there. Each trip segment will be booked, and insurance and excursion options will be offered. We'll also be available to answer any questions and will provide guidance every step of the way so that you can look forward to your trip with confidence.

Travel Time

You will be sent the final itinerary and all supporting travel documents approximately two weeks before travel, or you can access them from our client portal at any time. All reservations will be verified and reconfirmed a few days before your trip to help ensure everything is in place for you to have a fantastic time on your vacation. While we expect everything to unfold as planned, you have the extra security of knowing we are here for you if you need assistance while away.

Follow Up

We love to hear about the memories that you made on your amazing vacation! So, we will connect with you within a few days of your return to ensure everything went as planned and hear about your experience. In addition, we will reference your feedback when booking your next trip to ensure it is even more enjoyable than your last vacation.

 

Professional Planning & Support Fee 

When you retain Cardinal Travel Agency, LLC to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. 

Starting at $150.00 for domestic travel and $250.00 for international travel, the non-refundable fee is based on the complexity of the trip and the number of people traveling. 

The professional planning & support fee covers:

  • A discovery call, up to one hour
  • Accessing a wide range of products to find the perfect match to fit your wishes and needs
  • An initial proposal with up to two revisions
  • Custom itinerary creation
  • Travel destination information - currency, customs, culture
  • Resources for obtaining required travel documents
  • Insurance quote/s
  • Reconfirmation of all trip components before travel
  • A comprehensive pre-travel email with travel documents, travel tips, personalized advice, and insider tips for the destination
  • Pre-travel wrap-up call if requested, up to 1 hour
  • Emergency in-travel assistance
  • Supplier follow-up as needed
